Jennifer Hurley Dunn
Jennifer began her training with Warwick Ballet Theatre of Warwick, New York under the direction of Lucinda Henry. She has studied with The Eglevsky Ballet, New Jersey Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Kirov Academy of Ballet, American Ballet Theater and The American Academy of Ballet. In 2002, she received the Silvio Petturici Performing Arts Scholarship Award. Jennifer graduated cum laude from The University of the Arts with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Dance Education. While studying in Philadelphia she also taught for Jim Bunting’s school of dance, CAPA performing arts high school, and Philadelphia Studio Ballet.  Jennifer was a member of Atlanta Festival Ballet Company for 11 seasons, where she danced several soloist roles such as Alice in Alice in Wonderland, The Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Odile in Swan Lake, and Beauty in Beauty and the Beast. During and after her seasons with Atlanta Festival Ballet she performed as a guest artist across the metro Atlanta area.  Jennifer has also choreographed for the Clayton County Performing Arts Center’s county wide musicals such as Fame, Knuffle Bunny, Music Man, and The Wiz.  Jennifer has been a member of the GBT faculty for five years.
