     Parents of dancers, school patrons and members of the community are invited to become members of The Gwinnett Ballet Theatre Guild with a $25 individual/$35 family membership fee.

Volunteer Opportunites

Boutique:  As one of the Guild's fund-raising programs, this committee operates our Nutcracker Boutique during all of the performances of "The Nutcracker".  Members are responsible for inventory, transportation to and from performances, display and selling of the boutique items.

Costume:  Organizes costumes for the dancers for each performance.  This includes fitting the dancers, maintaining the costumes, and transporting the costumes to the performances.  Costume committee volunteers also collaborate with the Artistic Director in creating new costumes.  These volunteers also staff the costume room during all performances.

Hospitality:  Provide refreshments for Guild functions and all performances throughout the year.  They oversee the Green Room at the Performing Arts Center, and organize cast parties.

Production:  These volunteers build, transport, and set up props and set pieces for GBT performances.  They also work backstage in support of the staff of the Performing Arts Center.

Ushers:  Ushers collect tickets at GBT performances and escort guests to their seats in the theatre.

Communications:  Members keep Guild members up-to-date via email when necessary.
