I grew up in Columbus, Ohio taking ballet at Ditzi Nagy Academy of Dance and danced with a regional student company, Christopher Ballet Company. After high school, I accepted a scholarship at Pa. Ballet School in Philadelphia. I studied in New York with Rosanna Seravalli, Gabriela Davash, and Nadine Revene. I danced professionally with Hartford Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, and Tucson Ballet. After retiring from performing professionally due to injuries/surgery, I started teaching in 1980 at Ballet Met Columbus. I have also taught at Dallas Ballet, Ballet Dallas, Eglevsky Ballet, Steps on Broadway, NYC, Boston Ballet, and Walnut Hill School for the Arts. For the last 6 years, I have been teaching at Sarasota Ballet in the school and working with injured professional company dancers on their rehab. I have choreographed numerous pieces for summer programs and end of year performances. I was the primary teacher for the trainee program at Sarasota and also choreographed for the trainees.
